Risotto Balls – Stuffed with smoked Mozzarella Cheese and fried to golden brown,

served with Chipotle Aioli


Brie and Onion Fillo Crisps – Brie Cheese, caramelized Onions and fresh Thyme in crispy Fillo Triangles




Mediterranean Salad – Romaine lettuce with vine-ripe Tomatoes, Calamata Olives, shredded Carrots, Scallions, Feta Cheese, Sour Bread Croutons

and Lemon-Mint Vinaigrette


Almond crusted Salmon – Salmon Fillet with Almond Crust and Pesto


Orzo Pasta – With roasted Butternut Squash, roasted Red Onion, and Spinach


Ratatouille – Fresh Vegetables braised in Tomato and Herb Sauce



Chocolate Cups – Individual size Pastry Cups filled with Chocolate and Coffee Ganache, and topped with whipped Cream


Flour-less Chocolate Cookies – With Coconut and Pecan
