Bagels for Breakfast
We brought out fresh baked NY style bagels from a local bakery – marbled, sesame seed, and plain, served up with cold cream cheese, fresh smoked salmon, and capers for the adjusted palate.
To compliment the cold vegetable platter, we served a warm baked frittata with roasted potatoes, pasture-raised eggs, and caramelized onions.
Lastly, we had a crisp caesar salad with fresh chopped romaine lettuce, sour bread croutons, and our chefs homemade caesar vinaigrette all sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
Following was an optional dessert: either coconut fudge brownies and raspberry bars, which are rather similar to our Magic Bars (they live up to their name).
