December 13, 2014 holiday party


We catered a holiday party on Friday evening, and a double bat mitzvah on Saturday.

Here are a few pictures and the menu from the cocktail party:

 

Endive Leaves

Stuffed with Blue Cheese, candied Pecans, and dried Cranberries

 

Stuffed Mushrooms

Roasted Cremini Mushrooms stuffed with Goat Cheese,

Spinach and Parmesan Cheese

 

Portabella Mushroom Quesadillas

With Mozzarella Cheese, Scallions, toasted Almonds and roasted Tomato Relish

 

Organic Medjool Dates

Stuffed with creamy Gorgonzola Cheese and salted Pecan

 

Mini Caprese Sandwiches

Fresh Mozzarella, Olive Tapenade, Pesto and Tomato on bite-size Brioche Roll

 

Chicken Satay

Grilled Free-range chicken breast skewers in Lemon Grass and Curry Marinade, served with spicy Peanut Sauce

 

Crab Cakes

With Lime-Wasabi Aioli
