Wedding catering at the UC Berkeley Alumni House. The venue has an indoor and outdoor areas, which allowed us to  take advantage of the beautiful late summer whether of the San Francisco Bay Area.

The food included Latin influenced and Californian cuisine, with passed appetizers and a do-it yourself Fajita bar. There was also a full service wine and beer bar, coffee, tea, cake and cupcakes.

Potato Tortija Bites

Roasted Potatoes and cage free Eggs with sour Cream

Beef Empanadas

Ground beef, Olives, Oregano and hardboiled Egg in flaky pockets, served with Chimichuri dipping sauce

Corn and Cheese Quesadillas

With Cilantro, red Onion, Lime and Tomato Salsa

Blue Cheese and Fig Bruschetta

Toasted, seeded baguette slices with creamy Gorgonzola Cheese and sliced fresh Figs

  • Flour Tortillas
  • Topping

Spinach Salad

With toasted Pecans, Papaya, Avocado, Feta Cheese and Raspberry Vinaigrette


Rice Pilaf with braised black Beans and sautéed Onions
