Most of the recipes posted here yield large quantities, so if you are looking for less you can simply divide the recipes by half or quarter.

We typically use standard size half sheet pans for baking (18” x 13”). Some recipes can be made in smaller, but deeper pans, without modifying the recipe. Brownies are a good example.

A very short glossary:
T = Tablespoon
t = teaspoon
t.t. = to taste
